Export Documentation Clerk

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Register all document requests on our internal database, keep the database up to date in the event of queries and complete files in a timely fashion once a job has been completed.
• Send client invoices where customer procedure allows via email from the database Liaise with customers via telephone & email, always maintaining a high level of customer service
• Ensure that all documents are processed through the necessary steps and clients are charged correctly.

Talent Management Specialist

Requirements:
• Diploma required; a minimum of 2+ years office administrative support in a professional environment. Experience in customer service, recruitment, hospitality preferred.
• 1 year of direct Applicant Tracking Systems or Onboarding processing, experience with UltiPro is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to draft professional correspondence. Fluent in English required; second language such as German, Dutch, or French highly preferred.

Credit Controller - mandatory knowledge of English (+Italian or German)

Key Responsibilities:
• Successful in debt collection in an efficient and effective manner.
• Ensure all clients/customers are dealt with in a professional manner and are responded to in a timely manner, forging a business relationship.
• Continually analyse current processes to identify and implement ways to improve processes and financial control, either in the ERP system or manually.
• Working closely with accounts receivable colleagues to ensure the team is working collaboratively.

Immigration Consultant Support

Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the preparation of application packs for corporate and private client cases for submission in country and out of country. Working directly with consultants, liaising with the Home Office and visa centres regarding progress on visa applications. Chasing decisions but would not include providing ‘representations’ – no correspondence that addresses any issues at a case level other than to request updates.
• Updating Immigo with necessary information including any actions directly taken by support as the case proceeds; adding management and government fees to Immigo to assist with invoicing, providing this has been confirmed by the consultant.
• Checking the drafting and assisting with the submission of online government application forms – checking the partially completed forms, drafting the information for consultant and/or applicant review and once the Immigration Consultant has provided sign off for the application, support to make the online submission and pay the application fee.
• Drafting and assisting with the assignment of certificates of sponsorship, as well as undertaking other various tasks on the Sponsor Management System, as directed by the case consultant; creating the COS, drafting the information for consultant and/or client review and once consultant has completed all fields and provided sign off for the certificate, support to pay the COS fee.

Global Immigration Consultant

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  •  Carrying out volume global casework for assigned countries (namely the EMEA region), including case initiation, case assessment, provision of advice on applicable rules and procedures, case preparation and submission, monitoring progress and follow up on completion
  •  Listening actively to the client needs to ensure these are met and anticipating customer needs where possible, offering pro-active advice.
  •  Remaining up-dated on industry events/circumstances that may be relevant to the client
  •  Communicating regularly with clients to build a warm relationship whilst focusing on business needs and ensuring that client service review meetings are held regularly, with formal agendas and presentations
  •  Attending client meetings, telephone & video conferences/webinars as required
  •  Identifying, pursuing and generating new business leads, ensuring that work if profitable.

Visa Consultant Support (French language)

The Customer Contact agent position handles all aspects of customer service in the contact team and is responsible for providing accurate information pertaining to visa and passport requirements, processing and delivery to customers both on the phones and in written e-mail communications. The Contact Agent handles a variety of customer types, ranging from FTSE 500 Corporate clients to Leisure Tour operators, to general retail customers.
