When you enter credit card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol, with use of cutting-edge methods of tokenization of sensitive data, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Data protection during the purchase process is guaranteed by credit card processor UniCredit Bank Beograd. At any point the credit card data are not available to the merchant.

3D Secure protection for merchants and buyers - AllSecure Payment Gateway is using the highest global standards of protection and data privacy. All merchants that are using AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-secure protection, that guarantees safe purchasing. Credit card numbers are not held in a merchant's system, and the entry itself is protected by SSL data encryption.

3PCI DSS Standards - AllSecure Payment Gateway is constantly being updated with demands of credit card issuers in order to improve merchant and buyer security. since 2005 until today, without interruptions, the system is certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest standard in the industry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a norm that defines measures needed for secure handling, keeping and transferring sensitive card data. PCI Standards are used to protect sensitive data about cardholder during the entire process of paying: from the moment of data entry at the merchant's store, during communication between the merchant and relevant bank and card organizations, as well as in process of storing those data.

When the data about buyer's card, on buyers or merchants demand are being TOKENIZED (storing using certified method for later use), those data are kept on AllSecure PCI-DSS level 1 certified servers. Data tokenized in this manner are then transferred to a completely secure and certified way. At any point the credit card data and other sensitive information are not available to the merchant, instead, the merchant receives referent number (token) which can be used only by the merchant, in correspondence with the terms of the agreement with the buyer. The buyer has an option of unregistering previously registered card, as well as changing details of previously tokenized card.

In case of refunding to the customer who has paid with a credit card, in part or in full, regardless of the reason of refund, the refund is made via the same VISA, Maestro or MasterCard credit card which was used for payment. This means that our bank will on our demand perform a refund to the credit card holder account.

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
