If line manager is not satisfied or thinks there is need to improve in any kind of field with particular employee, he/she is obliged to submit „Probation period evaluation form (after 45 days).

The fact that you are placed on this Performance Improvement Plan is indicative that you are not meeting the required elements for successful performance in your position and that previous efforts to improve your performance through counseling have been unsuccessful.

This Performance Improvement Plan is being implemented to enable you to improve your performance to acceptable levels. As your manager, I will offer my support to you in your efforts to satisfy Performance Improvement Plan. Should you fail to meet all the elements of this Plan, you will be subject to future discipline, up to and including termination of your employment. I initially anticipated this Plan will be in effect for the period defined in the Scheduled Follow-up Sessions (end day of PIP completion is the date of the last defined session).
